JUNE 2022, Where is all began.

This photo was taken on a friends property in Jimna QLD, a beautiful 200 hectares. Our friend had been deer hunting that weekend and gave us a HEAP of meat to take home.

We thought what on earth are we going to do with all this meat. So Sebastian decided to see his grandfather ‘Poppa’ and get the recipe for Jerky.. (the jerky he had grown up eating). And to also borrow his dehydrator. Sebastian had this little piece of scrap paper with the recipe written on it that was accidentally thrown out. WHOOPS…luckily Poppa was only a phone call away.

Sebastian made the jerky and it was AMAZING.. SO we started making some with BEEF and giving it away to friends & family. Then we realised maybe there is a business in this. And here we are.. a YEARS later with our business.
