This is not Jerky manufacturing - THIS IS JERKY CRAFTSMANSHIP

STEP 1

THE BEEF

We use only the best premium Australian Beef Rump. We take meat seriously. Starting with a quality cut of meat is so important.

STEP 2

THE SLICE

The rump gets broken down into pieces, placed through the slicer then sliced into strips by hand. Carefully removing any pieces that will be no good, with minimal waste of course.

STEP 3

THE MARINADE

Our marinade ingredients are mixed together: Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, chilli & sugar (just a little tiny sweetness). So simple. No need for any nonsense ingredients here.

STEP 4

THE DRYING

The marinaded strips go on the trays into the dehydrators. This is where the magic happens. Dried between 6 - 7 hours, to get that melt in your mouth texture (not too dry, not too chewy finish) there is no exact time..it is a feel thing.

STEP 5

PACKAGE & POST

Once the Jerky is out of the dehydrators it's ready to be packaged up and then sent around Australia. Ready for you to enjoy!
